Solé Chocolates is a family-run company whose activity has been focused since its inception on the entire production process of the best chocolate. Since 1999, this firm has been a pioneer in the production of organic chocolate. Currently, Chocolates Solé is fully consolidated and has a strong presence in international markets in more than 20 countries.  Alessandro Baldassari, general manager of the company, explains it to us.
