The Diputació de Barcelona and Prodeca/DARP have signed an agreement for the promotion of the Earth Products Network and the local agri-food sector through the development, management and dissemination of the Gastroteca.cat portal.

Catalonia increases its agri-food exports by 16.42% in the 1st quarter of 2020. The agri-food sector is positioned as one of the engines to combat the economic effects of the pandemic. The surplus is maintained with a coverage rate of 108.47.

The European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) has signed a statement in which it informs that there is no scientific evidence, until now, that food can be a way of transmission of the Coronavirus.

On February 4 and 5, Prodeca and the other partners of the MD.net project met in Seville with the aim of taking stock of the work done in the first two years of the project and working on the implementation of their future actions.
