#DEPROP Business meetings - ONLINE 

#DeProp is a performance, on December 2, 2020, which brings together local producers and processors with buyers from specialized trade (retailers, wholesalers), large distribution and catering companies from different agri-food subsectors: meat, dairy, fruit, vegetables, preserves, wines, among others.

The global context caused by the pandemic, with limited travel and face-to-face meetings, opens up the opportunity to explore new avenues of negotiation. For this reason, Prodeca organizes virtual meetings like #DeProp, through digital platforms.
 

Producers and processors who wish to participate in this action must have the local sales stamp. If they do not have it, they can request it at any time of the year through the DUN:

Participating companies will have an agenda of individual meetings with buyer companies interested in their products.

Prodeca will make available to companies a digital platform to be able to hold virtual meetings.

If the participating company does not show up for the meeting with the buyer, Prodeca does not undertake to get a new meeting date.

Registered companies will receive a link with a form that they must fill in with the appropriate data in order to facilitate the content on the digital platform for B2B meetings.
 

The participation cost per company is €50 +VAT.

* To promote sectoral diversity, the number of participating companies from the same sector will be limited. 

Companies interested in participating must fill in the registration form and send it, with the corresponding payment, before November 16, 2020.

The company will be considered accepted when it has sent the participation request duly completed, and has paid the participation amount.

Once admitted, if the company renounces participation, it will lose 100% of the amount paid. Prodeca reserves the right to assess the reasons presented by the company to cancel its participation and return, if applicable, a percentage of the amount paid.

Prodeca reserves the right to make a selection of companies according to criteria of sectoral suitability and suitability of the product for the market. In the event that the demand is greater than the spaces offered, Prodeca will apply the criterion of the order of arrival of requests and corresponding payments.
