Aware of the importance of maintaining and increasing the presence of Catalan oils in international markets, and with the aim of contributing to boost their exports, we are organizing the third Olive Oil Business Forum.
It is conceived as a business event that brings together producers and exporters of olive oil from Catalonia with importers and distributors from international markets, with the aim of creating a platform where the interests of all parties can converge to generate business flows.
This is the third edition of a Business Forum focused specifically on the oil sector and, once again, it will be held in Lleida on November 10 and 11, 2026, and will focus on buyers from Canada, South Korea, Great Britain, Poland, Czech Republic, Serbia and Romania.

- To strengthen relationships between producing companies and importers, allowing producers to show their farms to foreign guests who show interest.
- To boost the exports of Catalan oil to the invited markets.

ORGANIZATION OF B2B MEETINGS
Participating Catalan companies will have an agenda of individual meetings with the invited importers and distributors.
Meetings will be held in designated spaces and will have an approximate duration of 30 minutes.
The languages in which the meetings will be conducted will be mainly English and/or French. The organization will not be responsible for hiring translation/interpretation services and, if necessary, will be the responsibility of the participating company.
Each participating company will have:
- Meeting space
- Meeting agenda
- Information on invited markets
- Profile sheet of importers/distributors
PARTICIPATION COST
- The participation cost per company is €975 + 21% VAT = €1,179.75
An amount of €425 + 21% VAT (€514.25) must be paid at the time of registration. The remainder must be paid before September 15.
PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Catalan olive oil producing companies with registered office in Catalonia and export experience may register for this activity.
Once registration is formalized, companies must complete a form that will determine the suitability of their participation in this activity.
Registration includes:
- Space for meetings marked with the company logo, with 1 table and 4 chairs
- Meeting agenda with invited importers
- Coffee break and networking lunch (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Prior to the Olive Oil Business Forum, the organizing committee will hold a working meeting with registered companies to provide information about the organization of the event and will share meeting agendas.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Companies interested in participating in the Olive Oil Business Forum must complete the registration form and submit it, as well as formalize the corresponding payment before June 15.
The company will be considered admitted once it has sent the duly completed participation request and has paid the participation fee.
Once admitted, if the company withdraws from participation, it will lose 100% of the amount paid. The organizing committee reserves the right to assess the reasons presented by the company to cancel its participation and return a percentage of the amount paid.
The organizing committee reserves the right to admit companies, taking into account the order of receipt of registrations and suitability criteria, such as diversity of territorial supply, buyer interest, among others.
In case there is a demand for places exceeding supply, the criterion of order of receipt of applications and completion of payments will be applied.
ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
The Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food, through Prodeca; the Department of Business and Work, through Acció; and the General Council of Chambers, through the Chamber of Commerce of Lleida, form the organizing committee of this event, which aims to consolidate a stable platform for international business in the olive oil sector in Catalonia.
