Main tasks

• Management of minor contract files: review of contracts, consultations, monitoring and archiving of documentation and files, registration.
• Management of non-minor files: request for documentation, consultations, contact with advisors, publication on the public procurement platform and DOUE if applicable, planning/management of opening dates for envelopes, tracking of files, documentation archive, registration.
• Supplier management and invoicing, efact portal.
• Data Protection and Transparency.
• Support in tasks specific to the area.

Participation requirements

• User of the following applications:
  • Electronic processor of procurement files (TEEC)
  • Public Procurement Platform
  • Digital envelope
  • Public Register of Contracts
• Qualifications and/or experience in the legal field, public procurement
• Knowledge of office automation, especially Word and Excel
• Level C Catalan

It will be valued

• Degree in Law and/or Management and Public Administration and/or Accounting and Finance and/or Degree in Business Administration and Management, or similar.

• Organized and responsible person, able to work in a team and predisposition to study the continuous news specific to the workplace

• Customer orientation, adaptability, proactivity and initiative

• Experience in Contaplus

• English B2

Conditions of the workplace

• Work placement contract for job reservation in lieu of maternity leave (approximately from March)
• 37.5 hour day
• Annual gross salary between €24,000 - €28,000

Selection procedure

Regime of appeals
