Communication technician

Main tasks

• Planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring and administrative management of projects in the Corporate Communication and Gastronomy Area and participation in transversal projects of other areas of Prodeca.
• Management of resources, budget, calendar, tasks and objectives of each project. Coordination of the team of suppliers and internal staff of the projects.
• Monitoring of indicators in accordance with Prodeca's strategic lines.
• Report to the Head of Area the evolution of tasks, calendars, milestones, achievement of objectives.
• Content writing for companies and end audiences specializing in international trade, economy and business, agri-food and gastronomy.
• Editing and creation of editorial and audiovisual content for social networks, web, email marketing and events.
• Preparation of presentations and reports. Follow-up and monitoring of social networks and corporate websites according to the indicators set by the organization.
• Management of communication and communication campaigns of corporate projects and in collaboration with other institutions, creation of corporate materials (stands, brochures, catalogs, advertising campaigns, implementation of graphic images at events).

Profile, required requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Advertising and Public Relations or Journalism, or similar.
• Official complementary studies in these disciplines or specialized in digital communication.
• C1 level certificate of knowledge of Catalan.
• English Cambridge Advance or Proficiency (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of communication.

• Proven solvency and experience in managing communication campaigns, digital communication, web environment, graphic design management, analysis, corporate identity and community management.
• Ability to manage teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to make the most of human and economic resources.
• Personal initiative, customer orientation, creativity, pro activity and autonomy.
• Experience in a communication agency or as a food account executive.

salary

€24,000 - €27,000 gross/year
 

Type of contract

Interim contract for job reservation in lieu of a leave of absence.
