Focus on future challenges. What's going on?

Miquel A. Torres. GROUP MIGUEL TORRES
We have an exciting future in Catalonia, we have a flag, a flagship which is Barcelona and we are doing very well with it. Every visitor to Barcelona should become client of Catalan products.
Domingo Valiente.  MEDITERRANEAN DIET FOUNDATION
From here it begins a work together consisting in bringing the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet to the consumer.
Carme Ruscalleda. SANT POL RESTAURANT
Prodeca in the 30 years of experience knows that gastronomy interests, gastronomy are the engine and ideas of working with local products. Therefore, it is the friendly postal service, the new creations with local products to be presented and sold worldwide.
Àngel Velasco. TORRONS VICENS
The companies have to bet for internationalization and also for specialization within local market, right? There are many small companies here; they still have a long way to go inside our country and also for export.
Josep Serra.  LA VINYETA
A small winery can export always with the complicity of the people who are at the helm and obviously with a product of the highest quality, either with the content or the presentation, product packaging and image.
Toni Massanes.  ALICIA FOUNDATION
If we look at other countries that have managed to properly export their agro food products and that have given prestige it is cuisine that gets it done, it is gastronomy what uses the products, it highlights them and therefore displays and sells them, both inside and outside the country.
 Ariadna Prats. SANT ANIOL
There is a trend for the well done product, for the natural product. The entire Catalan agro food sector can be leader in this not only at the European level but also at the international level and in very distant markets.
Josep Lluís Bonet. FREIXENET
And what is what we should do in the future? Accentuating this position, a position that fortunately have many in the world and help those who have not yet come, but who are determined to go out, to adapt to globalization, what means taking positions in the world, what means to internationalize and Prodeca is a perfect partner to achieve this.
Manel Simon. AFRUCAT
While it is true that today competences at the level of bilateral protocols between countries are the responsibility of the state, the work does not stop there with export and therefore Prodeca role is very important. To what extent? Regarding relations with the administrations and authorities of the destination countries to avoid bureaucratic constraints, generating affinity and find new customers, organizing trade missions, attendance at exhibitions.
Zengjun Ma - CAWA (China)
I am convinced that relations between Prodeca and Cawa will continue to narrow, through the contacts of both parties; there will be more Catalan products every day in China
Ariadna Prats. SANT ANIOL
There are no impossible challenges and especially to get to countries so far away as Australia, China or Japan is possible with a Catalan quality product.
Josep Antoni Valls. ALIMENTARIA EXHIBITION
The future challenge we have to set ourselves, like important targets, is to continue this very necessary process of internationalisation. In the past only big companies could aspire to internationalisation. We have an industrial fabric of small, medium, and micro-companies, and we must therefore strive to push forward the internationalisation process, to consolidate it.
Valeri Salgot. EMBOTITS SALGOT
The agro food sector is currently one of the important pillars of the Catalan economy. We really are a powerful sector, a sector that innovates, a sector that has added value, and what we have to get is that these attributes are appreciated worldwide, since we are in a position to lead and sympathize with the best globally.
Ramon Sarroca. FCAC
If Prodeca did not exist we would have to invent it one way or another.
