Our family-run company has been devoted to creating and producing select charcuterie products for over a century. We have preserved traditional artisanskills and expertise, combining them with the creation of new products and formats, always driven by our commitment to quality and maintaining the most authentic tastes.

We start with products from our lands that are healthy, delicious andfresh, thanks to our deep commitment to working with local suppliers, always guaranteeing culinary excellence and products developed by following stringentfood safety and responsibility standards.

We produce more than 100 products under these conditions: from traditional cold cuts to new creations that are created by blending Mediterranean cuisinewith different types of meats, fish, vegetables, fruits and liqueurs. Raw botifarra (lean pork sausage) with calçots (Catalan tender green onions) and their juices, duck Foie gras mousse with roasted vegetables (grilled aubergine, red peppers, onions with olive oil), Foie gras pâté with olives or caramelised peach and roasted meats stuffed with lobster, trotters and foie gras are just afew of these creations.

In addition to ensuring the very highest quality with regard to taste and texture, we also have a deep commitment to health. Our state-of-the-art facilities and in-house team of technicians and nutritionists constantly striveto develop balanced recipes and there is always clear labelling about food intolerances.
