Parató Vinícola SL

Since 1975 the Elias family has followed a single purpose, "making wine and champagne of the highest quality, exclusively from grapes cultivated by our own." Only the best grapes are vinified to produce wines and champagnes. We apply organic farming in all our states.

We cover a wide range of styles, producing high quality organic wines and cava. These are wines with terroir, character and personality. In Parató we only produce Cava Reserva or Gran Reserva because we believe these are the best at expressing the uniqueness of our land.

On our location, Alt Penedès, an area protected by the mountain of Montserrat, we have a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters ideal for growing vines.
