Promotora d’Exportacions Catalanes SA, PRODECA, provides a series of services to Catalonia´s food industry aimed at supporting foreign trade, and the internationalization and promotion of food quality.

Generalitat de Catalunya promotes Catalan food products and supports their international distribution. This is why Prodeca, a company attached to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Action, uses its human and financial resources to promote the services and technology of such companies, cooperatives, associations and institutions which make up the chain of production, processing and distribution of Catalonia´s agri-food sector in domestic and foreign markets, as well as the promotion of food quality.

To complete this task, Prodeca coordinates its activities with other trade promotion and internationalization agencies, joining forces and providing efficient services to food companies.
